FifthIngenium developed a Mixed Reality application, running on HoloLens 2, for an immersive and engaging visit to a Nuragic site. The augmented visit is a shared experience, during which a professional tour guide accompanies a group of visitors to the archaeological site. The 3D models accurately recreate the appearance of the environment over the centuries, accompanying the visitor in the historical evolution of the site. During the entire course of the visit, the guide describes the holographic contents inviting, from time to time, visitors to actively interact with some specific elements of the 3D scenes, to maintain a high level of attention and involvement.
